We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic insights and guidance to drive our business forward. You will work closely with senior leadership and Private Equity owner to develop and implement financial strategies that support our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the right hand to the Group CFO, supporting strategic initiatives and financial decision-making.
Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management and the board of directors.
Collaborate with Country CFOs and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Integrate newly acquired companies financially and operationally (in collaboration with other functions)
Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role from a blue-chip company. Experience from investment banking, management consulting or Big4 due diligence work is also of interest
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
