Mangeårig Grette-advokat ble inhouse-advokat i Tine for ett år siden, når går hun til Bama.

Elisa Løvik Hovde blir juridisk direktør i Bama. Det deler advokaten selv på LinkedIn.

Hovde startet sin karriere i advokatfirmaet Grette etter hun fullførte sin master i rettsvitenskap ved Universitetet i Oslo i 2012. Hun var trainee hos Grette under utdanningen, og fikk senere jobb som advokatfullmektig. Etter tre år i Grette fikk hun sin bevilling og ble advokat i firmaet.

I 2016 i år ble hun fast advokat og de siste to årene jobbet hun som senioradvokat i Grette, før hun i 2021 sluttet. I Grette bistod hun kunder med selskapsrettslig rådgivning, og oppkjøp og fusjoner. Hun hadde også spisskompetanse innen compliance, antikorrupsjon og gransking, entreprise, og bygg og anlegg. Etter ni år i Grette ble hun inhouse-advokat og fikk stillingen som juridisk direktør i Tine.

Nå har hun gått videre i inhouse-karrieren og blir juridisk direktør for Bama Gruppen.
