Aquatiq is a leading provider of expertise, processing equipment, chemistry and hygiene solutions to the global food industry. By bringing our technical companies together into one business unit within the Aquatiq Group, we strengthen our collaboration, expertise and ability to grow further. This unit delivers complete solutions in automated washing systems — from engineering and manufacturing to installation and service — for both surface washing and closed systems in the global food and beverage industry.
To lead this venture, we are seeking a commercial, strategic and team-oriented leader. The role involves overall performance responsibility and a central task in further developing and scaling the business. At the same time, you will become an important cultural and organizational builder for a unit with 35 employees. The position reports to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Have comprehensive performance responsibility for the business unit
- Building and developing a strong culture characterized by collaboration, professional pride and commitment
- Drive sales and customer meetings, and own processes at both strategic and operational levels
- Identify, develop and realise new business opportunities in line with the Group's strategy
- Ensure efficient project execution and high quality deliveries
- Ensure your device complies with applicable requirements, standards and HSE
- Driving force for further development of the organization through clear structures, effective work processes and competence development
Qualifications
- Solid leadership experience with proven results in commercial development and growth
- Experience with complex B2B sales processes in the food industry and/or aquaculture
- Good process understanding, combined with technical and operational insight
- Experience leading organizations through growth and transition phases, including developing structures, work processes, and culture across entities
- Experience as a process or system supplier to the food industry or aquaculture is an advantage
