In less than six years, Aider has grown from 2 to over 1400 employees, and its growth journey has only just begun. Now we are looking for an experienced, clear and commercial office manager in Tromsø who can take the office to the next level. Aider Tromsø is one of the region's largest competence houses with around 45 employees.
As an office manager, you will be responsible for further developing the office's staff and Aider's operations in the region. You will be a key member of the management team of Region MidtNord, a region that has a total of approximately 175 employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsible for Aider Tromsø, including delivering on growth ambitions and the strategy set
- Inspire and further develop professionally strong employees
- Building strong customer relationships and developing new business opportunities for Aider in the region
- Ensure high quality of deliveries and contribute to the professional development of the office
- Be a driving force in branding Aider locally and living up to Aider's vision of being a preferred employer
- Be a unifying and inclusive leader with a high operational capability
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience from relevant activities such as accounting, consulting or advisory environment
- Considerable managerial experience, preferably from a competence house or other relevant company
- Manages to create energy and excitement in a growth journey
- Ability to further develop an organization with a focus on strong subject deliveries
- Has a relevant and strong network in the region's business community
- Proven experience in performance responsibility and strategic development
- Experience in setting direction and delivering on adopted strategies
