On behalf of Sensio, we are seeking a business-oriented and analytical Head of FP&A to join the corporate-level finance team. As the new Head of FP&A, you will play an important role and make a real impact in Sensio’s international growth journey. In this role, you will drive improvements and development across countries, processes, reporting, and analysis, playing a key role in shaping financial insights and performance.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong analytical skillset and the ability to quickly understand key drivers of income and costs within the business. This position reports directly to the Group CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Group CFO in strategic initiatives and financial decision-making
Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive company growth
Develop and maintain financial models to support business scenarios and long-term planning
Work with Country Finance Managers and teams across Accounting, Business Development, and Operations to optimize performance and data accuracy
Track key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across business units and countries
Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to boost efficiency and adaptability
Qualifications
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience from investment banking, management consulting, or Big5 due diligence work is also relevant
Strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and present key findings effectively
High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced user of Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Bring a positive, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude to work
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to demands of specific projects and to work effectively as part of a team
