On behalf of Golar LNG, we are seeking a driven and experienced Maintenance Management Lead. In this critical role, you will ensure the overall performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies. The position also involves developing, implementing, and enhancing maintenance and repair support strategies to optimize system performance and ensure operational reliability in FLNG operations.

As the Maintenance Management Lead, you will report to the Head of Technical Support and work closely with Asset Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Discipline Leads. You will also lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance engineers, master data specialists, and CMMS administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance:

    • Develop, implement, and refine preventive maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and reduce downtime

    • Monitor and evaluate maintenance effectiveness, ensuring alignment with production goals

  • CMMS Management:

    • Oversee configuration, customization, and effective utilization of the CMMS

    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices

  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

    • Drive process improvements and ensure maintenance alignment with industry standards and regulations

    • Support audits, compliance checks, and independent verification activities

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance engineers, master data specialists, and CMMS administrators

    • Foster collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the team

  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Define and track KPIs to evaluate maintenance strategies and CMMS functionality

    • Analyze data and prepare reports with actionable insights for senior management

  • Technical Support & Development:

    • Assist asset teams with implementing maintenance changes and providing technical support

    • Contribute to developing maintenance strategies and input for new projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations within industries such as LNG carriers, FSRUs, refineries, liquefaction plants, or FPSOs

  • In depth knowledge in maintenance management and marine engineering

  • Proven experience in leadership and team management

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive team performance

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong motivation and passion for achieving excellence in maintenance management

  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and understanding of industry regulations
