Asbjørn Jorgensen
Asbjørn Jørgensen is General Manager and Consultant at Ascender. He has 20 years of investment banking experience in corporate finance, stock analysis and brokerage. Among other things, he was instrumental in building Carnegie as one of Norway's leading brokerage houses from the mid-90s. Asbjørn was for a period of 8 years part of the management team at Carnegie Norway.
Asbjørn has been a Partner in Ascender since 2016, and has considerable experience in recruiting managers and specialists. He works extensively with roles to the financial services industry, including in Asset Management, Family Offices, Private Equity, Real Estate, Transaction Advisory, Investor Relations, M&A Specialists as well as to Strategy and Business Development. He has been responsible for a number of recruitments of both younger talent and experienced candidates.
Asbjørn holds a degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
