Arkwright is strengthening its Oslo-team with the newly established role Head of Research. In this role, you will build and lead a new research-branch in Arkwright, where the main goal is to ensure that Arkwright’s consultants have access to the best possible data, insights and research tools. 

The research team will identify and structure data sources and information from various sectors. This contribution will be crucial across consulting projects in Arkwright, and you will support the teams with valuable contact points, data and insights.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a person with an analytical mindset and passion for research. We envision that you have minimum 3 years of work experience from a relevant field, such as market analysis or research. The right candidate will probably also have higher education within economics, business administration or other relevant fields. It is a great advantage if you have some experience with leading and developing people, as the role will entail developing and leading a newly established team. Finally, experience and understanding of relevant IT and CRM systems are also clear advantages.

In this role, you are likely outgoing and communicative and not afraid to reach out to various stakeholders both internally and externally. Your research mindset takes pride in providing the best possible information, as you know that high quality data is in the core of Arkwright’s deliveries.

Requirements: Fluent in Norwegian and English

Role description:

  • Build and lead an innovative research team in Arkwright, making sure your team adds value to Arkwright’s core consulting business

  • Choose the best platforms/systems to structure market knowledge

  • Develop and implement best practice when it comes to data & insight 

  • Develop and maintain extensive contact data base of experts across industries

  • Cooperate with consultant teams for research, i.e. expert interviews and surveys
