Lipscore has one of the market's most efficient ratings and reviews platform that handles the entire process of collecting and publishing customer reviews for eCommerce website. The company has already established a strong foothold in Norway with a client portfolio consisting of some of Norway's most exciting eCommerce players. They are now looking for their first Head of Revenue to scale the sales machine and expand internationally by taking on new and exciting markets.

The opportunity:

As Head of Revenue, you’ll be a vital part of the management team and for building and executing the sales strategy with the CEO. You will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the company: building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team with a strong team culture; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; establish and maintain sales budgets; filling, driving and maintaining the sales pipeline; manage all sales and marketing activities in all markets. Experience we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales

  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team

  • Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting

  • Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals thrive and succeed

  • Fluency in Swedish language is an advantage, but not a must

The founder of Lipscore, Henning Frettem, is a notoriously impatient guy and it was in pure frustration he decided to start the company back in 2013. There were some pretty big players in the customer reviews market back then also, but none of them had much traction in the Scandinavian region and none of them were any good in terms of user experience and simplicity. The process of giving a rating and review was so difficult that only a very small percentage actually bothered. Now, for big multi-million dollar businesses that's not a problem because they get enough reviews anyway, but for smaller businesses it was almost impossible to get their review counts up. Henning wanted to do something about this and he also knew how.

First line of code was written in the fall of 2013 and we got our very first customer early in January 2015 - but it wasn't until the fall of 2016 things really started to happen.
